We’re pleased to announce that the device dashboard has been updated. New features include:

• Overview Circles: The new overview circles show how many devices are online, offline and connected devices without push notifications. Each circle can be clicked on to show which devices are in that specific state.
• Device Map: A device map is now available in the dashboard that provides a quick view of an organization's devices. This is not a replacement for the old map which still is on a separate page and provides more functionality than the one on the dashboard.
• Actions Menu: There is now an actions menu that includes device pairing, device management, the device status page, and a link to download the CloudShow client on the right side of the dashboard.

We’re pleased to announce that Canva has been integrated into the content page in CloudShow! This means you can now create content with Canva directly through CloudShow. Canva can be used to create many different designs either from scratch or using their already preloaded templates. Once created they can be used as background images or for slideshows.

Examples of things you can create in Canva include: COVID19 warnings, menu boards, splash pages, and much more.

To get started:

• Log into your CloudShow Organization
• Click Content
• Click Create Content with Canva
• Create Content that saves directly to CloudShow

Note: Currently only images can be saved from Canva.

We're pleased to announce that we've added RocketChat as a notification channel for your CheckCentral notifications! To get started with it, login to your CheckCentral dashboard, then click Notifications > Organization. From there you can add it as a new channel, and detailed instructions are in the configuration window.

Extended Monitors: An extended monitor configuration allows you to expand your desktop to use the full capability of your multiple monitors. Your monitors will be placed side by side virtually, allowing you to freely move windows between them.

How to set it up:

• Open the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window
• Select the monitor(s) you would like to enable
• Click the "Enable" button

Cloned Monitors: A cloned monitor configuration allows you to copy what is displayed on one monitor, to multiple other monitors connected to your computer. Being able to clone your monitors largely depends on your hardware configuration, and can be enabled through DisplayFusion.

How to set it up:

• Open the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window
• Select the monitor you would like cloned
• Set it to "Enabled and Cloned with Monitor #X"

Rearranging Monitors: Many people use different physical setups for their multi-monitor configurations, so you may need to adjust the virtual layout of your monitors to match their physical orientation.

How to set it up:

• Open the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window
• Click the "Identify" button, this will show you which monitor ID's correspond to the monitors shown in the Monitor Configuration window
• Click and drag each monitor to rearrange them to their respective positions
